5 Strengths
My top five strengths are futuristic, competition, includer, achiever, and input. I have displayed all of these five traits heavily in my life and will continue. With my knowledge of them, I am able to grow even more and become stronger mentally. With me being an achiever, I will try my hardest and do my best to accomplish my goals. I will not start and not finish, I will not try because it might be too “hard”. I will try my best and finish the task at hand. This is the prime example of my work ethic. I am able to work well in teams because I will always get my part of the job done and then help others so we then can complete the task or tasks we as a group set out to do. For example, when I first joined the lacrosse team my freshman year of high school, it was the first time I had ever picked up a lacrosse stick and goggles. Did I let that deter me from my goal of playing and winning? Absolutely not. So every night I practiced and practiced to get better not only for myself, but for my team. Because at the end, it did not matter how strong of a player I was individually, rather it was about the team and how we progressed together. That was the only way we were to grow and win games.
